What A Child Deserves: Black Lives Matter Always...

A prayer for our children and those that are lost.  We must pray that our children will be prosperous and live righteously.

     Lord,
I lift (name of child) up to You and ask that You would put a hedge of protection around her (him). Protect her (his) spirit, body, mind, and emotions from any kind of evil or harm.  I pray specifically for protection from accidents, disease, injury, or any other physical, mental, or emotional abuse.  I pray that she (he) will make her (his) refuge "in the shadow of Your wings" until "these calamities have passed by" (Psalm 57:1). Hide her (him) from any kind of evil influences that come against her (him).  Keep her (him) safe from any hidden dangers and let no weapon formed against her (him) be able to prosper.  Thank You, Lord, for Your many promises of protection.  Help her (him) to walk in Your ways and in obedience to Your will so that she (he) never comes out from under the umbrella of that protection.  Keep her (him) safe in all she (he) does and wherever she (he) goes. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!!

Before You Leave Put On the Whole Armor Of God!

Ephesians 6:10-20New King James Version (NKJV)
The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.  11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.  12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,[a] against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.  13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,  15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;  16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.  17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;  18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—  19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,  20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

Spiritual Warfare: Put On Your Armor
This is your armor from God to fight spiritual battle.  In your own strength, Satan is a formidable enemy: but when you are properly armed for spiritual warfare, you can stand against the devil's schemes.  Even though Satan's ultimate defeat is guaranteed. Christians must not take his works lightly.  He wages a daily war for our hearts and minds.  Satan will have no power over the Christian who submits to Christ's authority and puts on "the whole armor of God."  As Christians, we are under God's constant protection and care.  His unlimited resources are at our disposal.  While aware of Satan's work, we must be even more aware of the real source of power: Jesus Christ.  Satan is a defeated foe Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords.

He Lives!!!! Our Savior Lives!!!!!!

Isaiah 53:5-11

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Amen
